A Spirit–Soul–Body Healing Institute of CTHIM – Call To Holiness International Ministry Inc.
1. Nature of Services
Bethesda House of Healing is a faith-based Christian ministry outreach of Call To Holiness International Ministry Inc. (CTHIM).
All services provided are:
  • Spiritual and pastoral in nature
  • Faith-based and Scripture-centered
  • Voluntary
  • Non-clinical
  • Non-medical
We provide prayer, biblical teaching, discipleship guidance, and spiritual care within a structured Spirit–Soul–Body framework.
We do not provide licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Bethesda House of Healing:
  • Does not diagnose medical conditions
  • Does not diagnose psychiatric disorders
  • Does not provide psychotherapy
  • Does not provide crisis intervention services
  • Does not prescribe or manage medication
Participants are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed healthcare professionals as appropriate.
We do not instruct individuals to discontinue prescribed medication. Any medical decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed physician.
  
3. Voluntary Participation
All ministry services are voluntary.
Participants may:
  • Decline any form of prayer
  • Discontinue participation at any time
  • Request referral resources
No one is coerced into deliverance, renunciation, or extended renewal programs.

4. Scope of Deliverance Ministry
Deliverance ministry, when conducted, is:
  • Faith-based prayer
  • Conducted in controlled and supervised settings
  • Based on biblical teaching
  • Performed only after discernment and consent
Deliverance sessions are not psychological treatment and are not a substitute for professional therapy.

5. Referral Policy
If a situation is determined to require:
  • Medical evaluation
  • Psychiatric stabilization
  • Licensed trauma therapy
  • Emergency services
Bethesda House of Healing reserves the right to pause ministry services and refer the individual to appropriate licensed professionals.
We are not an emergency crisis center.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency services provider.
 
6. Confidentiality

We respect confidentiality within ministry standards.
However, confidentiality may be limited in cases involving:
  • Threat of harm to self
  • Threat of harm to others
  • Abuse disclosure involving minors or vulnerable adults
  • Court orders or legal obligations
Bethesda House of Healing will comply with applicable reporting laws.

7. Assumption of Risk
By participating in ministry services, individuals acknowledge that:
  • Spiritual counseling and prayer may involve emotional responses
  • Personal history may be discussed
  • Participation is voluntary
  • They assume responsibility for their own medical and psychological decisions
Bethesda House of Healing and CTHIM are not liable for personal decisions made outside ministry guidance.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we believe in spiritual healing and restoration, we do not guarantee:
  • Immediate results
  • Specific outcomes
  • Physical healing
  • Deliverance experiences
Healing and renewal are individual processes.

9. Residential Healing Homes (Future Development)
If residential healing homes are established in the future:
  • Additional agreements will be required
  • Participation standards will apply
  • Behavioral and safety policies will be enforced
  • Medical clearance may be required
10. Organizational Oversight

Bethesda House of Healing operates under:
  • Leadership oversight of CTHIM
  • Institutional governance structures
  • Documented intake procedures
  • Ethical and trauma-informed guidelines
We are committed to responsible, accountable ministry.

By participating in Bethesda House of Healing services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclaimer and agree to these terms.
