SELF HEALING & DELIVERANCE PRAYER

1 DESPERATION:

Desperation: a profound, agonizing need, a bleak abyss where hope flickers and dies.  It's the utter exhaustion of resources, a state of utter helplessness where divine intervention feels not merely desirable, but absolutely necessary.  This extremity compels a fervent cry to God, a raw, unfiltered plea echoing the psalmist's lament:  "I cried out to the Lord with a voice racked with anguish; to the Lord I poured forth my supplication." (Psalm 142:1,2).  This agonizing disclosure of vulnerability – a complete unveiling of distress before the Almighty –  is the essence of desperation.  It’s a soul laid bare, craving solace in the face of overwhelming adversity. The psalmist's cry for deliverance (Psalm 142:5-7) reveals the desperate yearning for liberation, for release from the crushing weight of persecution.

This profound distress shatters the spirit, forging a path to brokenness. Yet, in this fragility, a profound truth emerges:  "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).  This nearness of God isn't for the superficially afflicted; it's for those whose hearts ache with remorse, whose spirits are bowed under the crushing burden of sorrow and the sting of guilt.  Their contrition is profound, a deep-seated repentance that stems from a heart pierced by the weight of their transgressions.

This desperate yearning must extend to the expulsion of malevolent forces from one's life – a fervent desire, not a fleeting wish.  It necessitates a commitment that transcends superficial fixes, demanding a diligent and reverent pursuit of salvation, a struggle undertaken "with fear and trembling" (Philippians 2:12).  A half-hearted approach will not suffice; genuine transformation requires unwavering dedication, a relentless pursuit of spiritual wholeness, fueled by the desperate need for lasting deliverance.

2. REPENTANCE:

Genuine contrition is paramount.  A heartfelt, unfeigned remorse, devoid of pretense or hypocrisy, is essential.  You must abhor your wickedness;  Romans 12:9 exhorts us to "detest evil; embrace goodness."  The initial step in loathing our transgressions is acknowledging their existence.  As 1 John 1:8 states,  "To claim sinlessness is self-deception; truth resides not within us."  We must be transparent and truthful before the Almighty.  David's fervent plea resonates: "Probe my heart, God, understand my soul.  Reveal any concealed iniquity within me" (Psalm 139:23-24).  Through reverent fear and humble confession, we become receptive to divine grace and blessings.

Total submission – spirit, soul, and body – to Jesus Christ is mandatory.  1 Thessalonians 5:23 implores: "May God, the source of peace, consecrate you entirely, preserving your spirit, soul, and body blameless at the Lord's return." This is a relentless struggle, a fight for your immortal essence.  Approach it with unwavering determination;  a lackadaisical attitude is unacceptable.  Unreserved surrender is imperative;  holding back anything hinders God's work. Luke 9:62 warns:  Those who look back after putting their hand to the plow are unfit for God's kingdom.  Hebrews 10:39 further clarifies: We are not among those who abandon God, courting self-destruction.  We are the steadfast, whose salvation is assured.  James 1:6-7 emphasizes that faith, free from doubt, is indispensable;  wavering faith renders one incapable of receiving God's gifts.

3. FASTING:

A rigorous three-day water fast, coupled with fervent prayer, is strongly urged.  This intense spiritual discipline serves as compelling evidence of your unwavering commitment to expelling malevolent entities.  Addressing unresolved grievances and bitterness *before* seeking spiritual liberation is crucial.  Unforgiveness acts as an open invitation, granting malevolent forces legal access to your life; Matthew 18:23-35 underscores this truth.  Extend this vital act of grace to yourself as well; self-compassion is paramount in this process.

SAMPLE FORGIVENESS PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, your pardon sets me free.  Therefore, I extend compassion to all—those who have inflicted pain, betrayed my trust, or dashed my hopes. I relinquish my resentment, acknowledging unforgiveness as a transgression against you.  I humbly repent. I embrace your merciful absolution and, likewise, grant myself grace.  Where my capacity for forgiveness falters, infuse me with spiritual fortitude, empowering my being to fully align with your divine will.  In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

SAMPLE PRAYER IF YOU WERE INVOLVED IN OCCULT:

Should i have participated in any satanic rituals, witchcraft, or occult practices, I utterly reject them.  Heavenly Father, I decisively repudiate any pact, commitment, or covenant—whether conscious or unwitting—that I ever formed with Satan and his infernal dominion.  I abjure every spoken pledge, oath, or promise made to the Prince of Darkness, severing those bonds completely.  I cast off all ties binding my spirit, soul, and body to malevolent forces.  In Jesus' name, I claim complete liberation from Satan's influence and embrace divine cleansing. Amen.

SEXUAL SIN SAMPLE PRAYER

Extramarital intimacy demands profound repentance and complete abandonment.  Such relationships invariably forge detrimental spiritual bonds, potentially inviting malevolent entities.  These insidious connections *must* be severed.  Liberation comes through heartfelt confession of these transgressions and a resolute commitment to freedom.  As the Holy Spirit illuminates your memory,  explicitly repudiate each illicit liaison, naming each instance with unwavering resolve.

SAMPLE PRAYER:

God, I acknowledge my transgression:  the grievous sin of lechery and illicit sexual acts outside the sacred bond of matrimony.  In Jesus' name, I utterly reject this deliberate, wicked behavior. I confess my culpability –  a conscious violation of Your divine law and a profound desecration of Your temple, my own body.  I reclaim the fractured essence of my soul, that part surrendered during this shameful act. I sever the spiritual connection, the unholy bond, with the other participant.  I renounce any lingering soul tie in the powerful name of Jesus.  Father, dispatch Your holy legions –  Your ministering angels (Psalm 104:4, Hebrews 1:14) – wielding fiery swords to forcefully sever, to excise, any remaining spiritual entanglement.  Let these ethereal blades cut through and destroy all unholy attachments, in Jesus' name.

PROCEDURE:

STEP 1.
Seek a secluded sanctuary, free from the clamor of humanity and animals.  Silence all electronic devices; banish distractions.  Subtly, let reverent, anointed worship music—instrumental melodies that transcend mere lyrics—fill the space.  Such music serves as a conduit to the divine throne. God's presence descends upon those who are humbly broken and surrendered.  As you yield your spirit during prayer, God's power and glory will become strikingly evident.  Begin by inviting God's closeness. Embrace the profound truth of James 4:"Approach God, and He will approach you."

STEP 2.
Commence a quiet prayer, saturating the room's ambiance with the potent lifeblood of Jesus.  Claim His sacrificial atonement as your own inviolable shield. The Holy Spirit unfailingly reveres and responds to the sacred power of Jesus's blood.

Hebrews 10:19
Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,

Give heartfelt thanks to Jesus for the invaluable sacrifice of his blood, poured out on the cross in your stead.  Contemplate the agonizing weight of the cross, his profound suffering, and let gratitude for his boundless love overflow.  Cultivating an intimate relationship with God demands a fervent longing for His presence.  As you actively seek Him, He, in turn, will draw close.  Let the yearning for His companionship, the ardent desire to dwell in His radiant presence, become your paramount aspiration.  Humble yourself before Him, longing to rest at His feet, to bask in His glory, to seek His divine countenance.  Invoke the Holy Spirit's presence, filling the space with His sanctifying power. Pour out your heart in fervent prayer, expressing your deep affection; then, surrender to His embrace, finding solace and peace in His unwavering love.  Yearn for Him with an unyielding passion, a desperate hope, a profound and insatiable desire for His closeness.

 STEP 3

Rest your hands upon your lower abdomen; this is the dwelling place of the soul.  John 7:38 speaks profoundly:  Faith in me will unleash an inexhaustible torrent of life-giving power from within.

REPEAT THIS PRAYER:

By the atoning sacrifice of Jesus, I am rescued from the clutches of the evil one.  His precious blood washes away all my transgressions, granting complete and utter forgiveness.  The life-giving stream of Christ's sacrifice perpetually purifies me, cleansing me from every stain of iniquity.  Through His sacrifice, I am declared righteous in God's sight, as innocent as the day I was born; I am consecrated, set apart for holy purposes, a vessel dedicated to the divine. My body, now a sacred dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, is ransomed, purified, and consecrated by the blood of Jesus. Consequently, Satan holds no claim upon me, wields no authority over me, thanks to the triumphant power of the Lord Jesus Christ. I reject his dominion, sever all ties that bind me to him, and forcefully banish him from my life in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

My Savior, Jesus, you comprehend the entirety of my affliction:  (name the problems), the insidious bonds, the gnawing torments, the defiling stains, the relentless harassment that plague my being.  I surrender the dominion of my spirit, soul, and body to your sovereign will.  My thoughts, desires, and feelings—I yield them completely, renouncing every malevolent influence that clings to them.  I consecrate my entire essence—spirit, soul, and body—to you, Jesus Christ.  I dedicate my intellect, my volition, and my affections to your holy purpose.  With unwavering faith, I submit my spirit, soul, and body to your divine authority, shielding my mind, will, and emotions with the protective power of your precious blood.  In the mighty name of Jesus, I decree the expulsion of every malevolent entity, every unclean spirit, from my life.

I sever all ties with malevolent entities, banishing every wicked influence and infernal constraint.  Every spirit within me that is not of God, I cast out in the powerful name of Jesus Christ.  I declare my body a sacred dwelling place of the Holy Spirit—redeemed, purified, consecrated by the precious blood of Jesus. I firmly anchor my spirit, soul, and body to the life-giving cross of Jesus Christ, secured by His atoning sacrifice.  I pronounce divine judgment on all oppressive forces, demonic rulers, and trespassing spirits. Satan, your dominion over me is broken; your power is null and void.  The blood of Jesus—my ultimate shield and unwavering defense— prevails.
Father Jesus, purify my being—spirit, soul, and body—in Your holy name. I reject the deceitful allure of witchcraft and sorcery, both dark and light.  I cast off Ouija boards and all occult diversions. I abandon séances, the pretense of clairvoyance, and the charlatanry of mediums;  I forsake ESP, precognitive visions, and mind manipulation. I repudiate fortune-telling in all its forms: palmistry, tasseography, crystal gazing, Tarot, and other divination practices.  (List any other specific occult practices you’ve engaged in). I disavow astrology and the frivolous pursuit of horoscopes.  I reject the false doctrine of reincarnation and any healing modalities rooted in metaphysics. I cast aside the manipulative power of hypnosis, regardless of its purported purpose or authority.
By the power vested in me through Jesus Christ, I obliterate any malediction cast upon me by occult forces.  I reject all unhealthy fascination with the veiled mysteries of past and future, surrendering any desire for knowledge beyond God's divine plan. I cast off the insidious allure of psychometry, astral projection, and other demonic practices, severing all ties to these dark arts.  Every book, every document, every scrap of writing that has fueled this forbidden curiosity will be purged from my life; I will consign these instruments of spiritual darkness to the flames.

(Include other  things you have been involved with)

By the authority of Jesus Christ, I sever all inherited psychic burdens and dissolve any demonic influence on my lineage stemming from ancestral transgressions.  I shatter the chains of inherited physical and mental afflictions, claiming freedom in Jesus' name.  I release myself from any satanic subjugation imposed upon my parents, grandparents, or any other person, living or deceased.  In Jesus' mighty name, I reject all psychic and occult practices; I repudiate every cult that disregards the atoning sacrifice of Christ and every ideology that denies His divine nature. I implore the Almighty to liberate me from every malevolent spirit that afflicts or imprisons my soul, pleading for His divine intervention and complete deliverance.

You can also call them out by the symptoms they are causing on your body and life. Example lust, anger, pride, confusion, fear etc.

By the potent authority of Jesus Christ, I banish you, Satan, and your legions of evil spirits from my life.  The precious blood of our Lord forms an insurmountable barrier between us.  I have decisively rejected your dominion, confessed my transgressions, and sealed every pathway to wickedness. Your claim to my soul is null and void; your power over me is broken.  Depart from me now, in the invincible name of Jesus!

If you experience pre- or post-prayer afflictions—manifestations such as avarice, wrath, hubris, disorientation, or terror—invoke the specific malevolent entities responsible.  Name the demons whose insidious influence manifests in your physical and spiritual well-being, thereby confronting their power directly.

Focusing intently on each designated zone—abdomen, chest, larynx, brow, and nape—sustain your attention for several minutes per area.  With each exhalation, forcefully expel malevolent entities through conscious breathwork.  Visualize these ethereal beings, mere gusts of corrupted air, departing your body with every deliberate expulsion.

You may feel:  twitching, yawning, objects pushing through your throat, internal parts, coughing, hiccups, pressure, tightness, shaking, nausea or internal movements.

These are signs of God's power surging from your spirit, a torrent of God's presence inundating your soul, expelling the malevolent forces that cling to you.  In the potent name of Jesus, summon the celestial legions to seize and banish these demons, casting them into the abyss.

Hebrews 1:14
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Breathe out of your mouth while you are commanding the spirits to come out.
Be aggressive about it.

The expulsion of demonic entities can manifest as a cascade of physical reactions:  expulsive coughs, forceful vomiting,  violent belching,  the ejection of saliva,  prolonged yawning, and agonizing stomach cramps.  A subsequent sensation of dizziness or intense internal heat may also follow.
Know this God has given you power: I bestow upon you the authority to vanquish venomous creatures and overcome all the adversary's dominion; no harm shall befall you. Luke 10:19

Tell Satan. I come against you  in Jesus name .
By the authority given to me as a believer.  I sit in heavenly places with  Jesus Christ in my spiritual position.
I’m over you and your fallen angels, your demons and all forces of evil.
I command you to line up in rank and file and order, and come out quickly.
I bind every power that you have and loose myself from you in the name of Jesus.

STEP 4

This is something the Lord Jesus showed me, it will always work  if it mixed with genuine faith.

Throughout the Scriptures, we see clear proof that God can use any medium to express Himself:

In Acts 19:11-12, God used the medium of Paul’s handkerchief and aprons to heal the sick.

In Exodus 14:16, God used the medium of Moses’ staff to split the Red Sea.
In 2 Kings 5:14, God used the dirty Jordan river to heal the proud Namaan.

In John 9:6-7, Jesus used mud and saliva to heal a blind man.

Scripture reveals God's miraculous power, even utilizing Peter's shadow to heal (Acts 5:15-16).  Similarly, I've discovered the potent efficacy of water as a conduit for divine deliverance.  The healing isn't inherent in the water itself; rather, it stems from the potent, life-giving power of Jesus Christ, unleashed through fervent, faith-filled supplications.  As James 5:16 powerfully asserts, "The prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." This profound act of faith, this unwavering trust in God's restorative ability, is the catalyst for healing; the water serves as a sacred symbol.  Just as consecrated communion bread and wine represent the body and blood of Christ, so too can water, through prayerful sanctification, become a tangible representation of Christ's presence.  Holding a glass or bottle of water, imbue it with divine significance, consecrating it with heartfelt petitions.  Believe, as you partake of communion, that this water symbolizes the cleansing, life-giving power of Jesus' blood, a potent symbol of redemption through faith.

Demons will see this as the real thing (God honors faith)

And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
Exodus 23:25 ,  Job 22:28
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

As Hebrews 11:6 says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” God makes it clear that He honors faith. No matter what situation we face or what difficulty comes our way, God wants us to trust Him.

Pray this prayer.

By faith, I consecrate this ordinary water, transforming it, in Jesus' name, into a sacred instrument of divine judgment.  This liquid, now imbued with His power, will purge my being—mind, body, and spirit—of every malevolent influence, every demonic presence that seeks to control me.  Let this consecrated water serve as a potent weapon against Satan and his wicked dominion, expelling all sickness, disease, and unholy entities that defile my soul.  May it cleanse me completely, leaving only the purity and grace of God.  In Jesus' powerful name, I decree this cleansing and purification.

In John 2:1-11 Jesus turned water into wine and he promised that those who believe in him will also do greater things than he did.

John 14:12-14 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

With unwavering belief, consume the water.  Afterwards, place both palms upon your abdomen.  A receptacle should be positioned nearby,  a precaution against the possibility of vomit or expulsion of saliva—though this reaction is not universally experienced; individual responses vary considerably.

The water is powerless but when you pray for it by faith God will breathe on it or quicken it.

What about vomiting ?
Regarding emesis—it's merely one avenue of expulsion for demonic entities.  Consider your soul as land within aproperty that belongs to God, Your body is a temple, God's sacred domain, purchased at an immeasurable cost.  These intruders, these vile trespassers, profane this hallowed ground, desecrating what is rightfully His.  Their eviction is inevitable.

Leviticus 18:25
The land has become defiled, so I am punishing it for its iniquity, and the land will vomit out its inhabitants.

Invoke the  blood of Jesus, demanding divine retribution against adversarial entities.  Expect a forceful expulsion of evil toxins, manifesting as retching or violent coughing.

(Don’t worry this is a sign that the demonic houses, devices, or stronghold are being broken)

Inhale, exhale.  Divine intervention won't manage your respiration; that's your own sacred duty. Should a cough seize you,  expel it unrestrained;  if nausea rises, yield to the urgent need to purge your system.

NOTE: Self-induced vomiting is unnecessary.  The expulsion of malevolent entities is a divinely orchestrated process; their departure unfolds according to a higher will. Embrace liberation, surrendering to the ethereal currents that guide their release, however they manifest.

Following the expulsion of demonic spirits, a profound sense of well-being may wash over you, a tranquility surpassing your previous state.  The oppressive weight will lift, yielding to a restorative respite.
Devote yourself to fervent prayer, seeking the Lord's empowering presence of the Holy Spirit.  If you feel you need guidance,  invite a mature Christian brother or sister to join you in supplication for this profound spiritual experience.

Sharing your story—of God's healing touch, His uplifting grace, or His liberating power—is an act of profound thanksgiving, a glorious declaration of His might. We earnestly implore you:  record a video or email your testimony so we can rejoice with you in the Lord's triumphant victory, in Jesus' name.
