Our Story
Theodore and Esther Aluoch founded Call To Holiness International Ministry from a shared conviction that God is calling His Church back to Jesus Christ, biblical truth, holiness, and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
Together they have dedicated their lives to proclaiming the Gospel, equipping believers, restoring broken lives, and helping people discover the fullness of life found in Christ.
Their ministry now extends through the local church, biblical education, healing and restoration ministries, media outreach, and the vision of Mishkan House—an immersive ministry designed to reveal Christ through the Tabernacle.
Pastor Theodore
Founder & Senior Pastor
Pastor Theodore is a Bible teacher, prophetic minister, and founder of Call To Holiness International Ministry. His passion is to reveal Jesus Christ through the whole counsel of Scripture and to equip believers to walk in spiritual maturity, holiness, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
For more than two decades, he has ministered in biblical teaching, healing, deliverance, discipleship, and leadership development. His teaching frequently explores the Tabernacle of Moses, the believer's identity in Christ, restoration, and the work of the Holy Spirit, always pointing people back to the finished work of Jesus Christ.
Today he provides spiritual oversight for CTHIM and its growing ministries, including Mishkan, Bethesda House of Healing, and Mishkan Institute.
Esther Aluoch
Co-Founder & Worship Pastor
Esther Aluoch is a worship leader, pianist, composer, and intercessor whose ministry is centered on leading people into the presence of God.
After years of serving in a 24-hour house of prayer in Jerusalem, Israel, she continues to carry a deep love for biblical worship, prayer, and the nations. Her heart is to cultivate an atmosphere where people encounter God through worship that is rooted in Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit.
Alongside her husband, Esther helps provide spiritual leadership for CTHIM while mentoring worship leaders, musicians, and believers to use their gifts for God's glory.

Theodore and Esther Aluoch provide spiritual leadership and oversight to the ministries of Call To Holiness International Ministry. Each ministry shares one mission: to reveal Jesus Christ, restore lives, equip believers, and reach the nations with the Gospel.
Call To Holiness International Ministry (CTHIM)
The local church is the heart of our ministry, where believers gather for worship, biblical teaching, prayer, discipleship, and authentic Christian fellowship. Through weekly services, outreach, and pastoral care, we seek to build a Christ-centered community that grows in faith, holiness, and love.

Mishkan
Mishkan is dedicated to revealing Jesus Christ through the biblical Tabernacle. Through immersive exhibits, teaching, conferences, and educational experiences, visitors discover how every element of the Tabernacle points to God's redemptive plan fulfilled in Christ.

Bethesda House of Healing
Bethesda House of Healing exists to help people experience the restoring power of Jesus Christ through biblical healing, inner healing, deliverance, pastoral care, and ongoing discipleship. Our desire is to see lives restored, hearts healed, and believers walking in lasting freedom.

Mishkan Institute
Mishkan Institute equips believers through biblical education and ministry training. Through online and in-person courses, leadership development, and specialized schools, students are prepared to serve Christ with wisdom, humility, and spiritual maturity.
