Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding Deliverance & Healing at Bethesda House of Healing

1. Do you believe every problem is caused by demons?       No.
We do not assume that every struggle is spiritual oppression.
Some issues are:
  • Trauma-related
  • Emotional or psychological
  • Medical in nature
  • Habitual or behavioral
  • Discipleship gaps
We conduct a discernment process before any deliverance ministry is considered.

2. Is deliverance loud, dramatic, or chaotic?
Demons can sometimes use the host's voice to scream, roar, or yell as they leave. Additionally, the deliverance minister may command the spirits with an authoritative voice.
At Bethesda House of Healing, all prayer sessions are:
  • Controlled
  • Confidential
  • Time-bound
  • Conducted by trained leadership teams
We do not engage in the theatrical manifestations. Our focus is stability and restoration — not spectacle.

3. Will I be forced into deliverance?     No.
Deliverance is never forced. It is only conducted:
  • After proper intake
  • After discernment
  • With your consent
  • When clearly appropriate
Many individuals receive renewal and healing without any deliverance session.

4. Do you replace doctors or therapists?       No.
We do not replace licensed medical or psychiatric care.
If needed, we encourage responsible partnership with licensed professionals and maintain referral relationships when appropriate.
Healing and medical care are not enemies.

5. What if I have a mental health diagnosis?

We approach every case carefully.
Certain conditions may require medical partnerships before any spiritual intervention.
If a situation exceeds our scope, we will refer responsibly.
We do not diagnose psychiatric disorders.

6. How do you ensure safety during ministry?

We maintain:
  • Structured intake forms
  • Screening
  • Leadership oversight
  • Documentation processes
  • Gender-balanced prayer teams
  • Confidential settings
  • Time-limited sessions
We operate under clear institutional standards.

7. What if nothing dramatic happens during prayer?

That is completely normal.
Transformation is often progressive rather than dramatic.
Our goal is long-term renewal, not emotional intensity.
Many breakthroughs unfold gradually through teaching, accountability, and spiritual growth.

8. Will I become dependent on the ministry?    No.
Our goal is to equip you not to create dependency.
Participants are guided toward:
  • Personal spiritual maturity
  • Community accountability
  • Independent stability
  • Leadership development when appropriate
Freedom should produce strength, not reliance.

9. Do you expose people publicly?  Never.

All sessions are private and confidential unless they are held during public CTHIM church sessions. Your permission will be requested before any video is posted online. Your dignity is protected.

10. Is this ministry extreme?    No.
Bethesda House of Healing is intentionally balanced.
We integrate:
  • Biblical truth
  • Trauma-informed understanding
  • Covenant discipleship
  • Institutional accountability
We avoid both sensationalism and spiritual neglect.

11. Who is this ministry for?
Individuals seeking:
  • Spiritual breakthrough
  • Emotional renewal
  • Freedom from strongholds
  • Healing from trauma
  • Restoration and discipleship
We are a structured institute — not an emergency crisis center.

12. How long does healing take?

Healing is a journey.
Some experience immediate relief.
Others enter our 12-session Renewal Pathway for deeper transformation.
Our focus is sustainable fruit, not quick experiences.
