Ordained and commissioned under the apostolic vision of CTHIM Church, Prophetess Yolande serves as an integral pillar of leadership within the ministry. She is entrusted not only with prophetic responsibility but with strategic oversight, spiritual formation, and ministerial development across the house.

As Lead Minister, she provides oversight for ministry development, leadership formation, and spiritual maturity initiatives within CTHIM. She supervises and supports multiple ministries within the church, ensuring alignment with the vision, doctrine, and spiritual standards of the house. Her leadership combines spiritual sensitivity with administrative wisdom, bringing structure to revival and clarity to calling.

Empowered by a divine understanding and a potent prophetic anointing, Prophetess Yolande walks confidently in the fullness of her prophetic office. She carries the gift of prophecy with sobriety, discernment, and spiritual authority. Her prophetic ministry is marked by accuracy, compassion, and alignment with Scripture. She is not driven by emotional impulse but by consecrated prayer and deep communion with the Holy Spirit.

She also carries the gift of exhortation, strengthening believers to rise into spiritual maturity. Her voice uplifts the weary, calls the complacent higher, and reminds the broken of their identity in Christ. In addition, she flows strongly in the gift of helps and hospitality ministry, serving faithfully behind the scenes to strengthen operations, care for leaders, and create spiritually safe environments where healing and growth can flourish. She serves faithfully as a key minister of CTHIM’s Healing and Deliverance Prayer Team, laboring fervently in intercession for those seeking freedom, restoration, and breakthrough. With deep spiritual sensitivity, she discerns between emotional wounds, spiritual oppression, and developmental growth—ministering with balance and maturity.

Her ministry reflects the call of the watchman as declared in:

Book of Isaiah 62:6–7

“I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night… give yourselves no rest and give Him no rest until He establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.”
