MD & CC

Even with recorded decisions for Christ, the church does not continue to grow.  Despite so many “revival movements”,  advances in technology, and increased methods of reaching people the Christian church sadly according to statistics had experienced little growth.  Visions, missions, and encounters with the Lord which were once clear become blurred as boards,  committees and events with administrative duties have taken over.  As a result, churches are busier than ever with little evidence of the Great Commission being fulfilled.  The by product of this has been losing passion for the cross, the blood, and the pure Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 8:18-20: “ Discipleship is critical to not only win souls but to see them growing and sustained by the presence of the Lord.  Scripture tells us that unless “the Lord builds the house we labor in vain”   However, many pastors and church workers have found themselves more worn out and tired with less promising results for the kingdom.  We must understand His kingdom principles to fulfill the active words of the Great Commission:

As such we are available for :

We are available to be a blessing and encouragement through Our
DT &CC training programme on invitation .

Our Consultation will include discussion of such principles as:

The three key obstacles to church growth in spite of programs, evangelism, and time/money output.

How to return to the God- given vision as the foundation and guide for the life cycle of the ministry

How to cultivate the life cycle of discipleship: passion, vision, relationship, ongoing relational church life.

Distinguishing between natural (aka sustainable) and artificial (aka man-made, short-term) growth.

Increasing practical openness to natural church growth methods which are God’s way, spontaneous, relational, Holy Spirit empowered , free vs. artificial growth (administrative, program-driven, consuming energy, producing stress and duty, increasing cost and expenses).

Returning to the freedom of the pastoral leadership’s ability to freely walk in what the Lord has called in the first place

Refocusing the existing church to make disciples (readiness for change, spiritual gifts, etc.)

Implementation of the cell group structure to affirm and encourage practical application of church teaching in small groups
